We collect your name, email, and practice information when you create an account. Session data (text, audio transcriptions, clinical notes) is stored to provide our service.

2. How We Use Your Data

Session text is anonymized (PII removed) before processing for note generation and supervision analysis. Original PII is stored separately and never shared with third parties.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Audio files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

• Clerk — authentication
• Anthropic (Claude) — note generation (receives only anonymized text)
• Deepgram — audio transcription
• Stripe — payment processing

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

• Access: Export all your data from Account Settings.
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time.
• Portability: Download your data in JSON format.
• Correction: Edit your profile and client records directly.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
